What Claude Cowork is
Claude Cowork is Anthropic's agentic collaboration surface — a place where you hand Claude work rather than trade messages with it. The shift is smaller than it sounds and changes more than you expect: instead of prompting for an answer and doing the assembly yourself, you describe a job with several steps, let it run, and review what comes back. That turns AI from a thing you consult into a thing you delegate to, which is a different skill and the one this workshop teaches.
