Flagship weekend bootcamp · live online
Next Monday, you walk into work with an AI team. Not an AI tab.
Right now you ask AI one question at a time and copy the answer out. After this weekend you direct a team of assistants that research, write, build, and deliver — while you make the decisions. One weekend · 14 hours live. Five working systems. No coding, and no prior AI experience.

Who it's for
Non-technical professionals — marketers, PMs, founders, consultants, analysts. Past cohorts ran from complete AI beginners to daily power users, and the beginners shipped the same five systems by Sunday.
Great fit
- Non-coders with zero programming background
- PMs who want research and specs at 10x speed
- Founders and operators moving faster without hiring
- Marketers building content systems, not one-off posts
- Consultants raising billable leverage
Skip it if
- You want passive videos to watch at 2x
- You want another prompt-template pack
- You're a developer learning to code with AI
- You want AI theory over execution
The shift
Three days assembling a competitive analysis from 20 browser tabs
A full market research report from an agent team, in 15 minutes
Write one blog post, then rewrite it by hand for LinkedIn, email, and X
One idea in — blog, LinkedIn, email, and social come back together
You are the bottleneck: every draft and every research task waits on you
Research, drafts, and analysis get delegated while you make the calls
Twenty half-finished ideas for how AI could help at work
Five working systems you use at work on Monday
What you walk out with
A personalised CLAUDE.md
Your AI's memory file — preferences, context, and working style carried across every session.
A reusable skills library
Commands you build on Sunday that your AI runs instantly, forever.
One shipped capstone
Picked from 10 real-world templates and live on a real URL before the weekend ends.
Everyone also gets the resource kit: the AI Manager's Playbook, 30+ prompt templates, role-specific CLAUDE.md examples, 10 agent-team recipes, and Monday workflow templates.
The weekend
Friday evening · required kickoff
90 minutes live, 7–8:30 PM IST. You open VS Code, run your first Claude Code commands, and pick up how context, permissions, and model choice work. Installs happen beforehand with a step-by-step guide — which is why Saturday starts with building instead of basics.
Saturday · foundation day
- Claude ecosystem tourDesktop, claude.ai, Teams, the Excel and PowerPoint add-ins — the whole toolkit in 30 minutes.
- The AI manager's mindsetWhy a team of agents beats a better prompt. The delegation framework the weekend runs on.
- Claude Code deep diveClaude as an operator: reading, writing, and moving around your real environment.
- Memory and CLAUDE.mdGive your AI a brain — your preferences, your context, your working style, remembered.
- Instructions AI actually followsFrom one-shot prompts to reusable instruction patterns.
- Your first agent teamSpawn research, analysis, and reporting agents. Watch them work in parallel.
- Connecting AI to your real toolsSheets, Slack, Gmail, Notion — wired directly, no copy-paste bridge.
Sunday · build day
- Managing multi-agent projectsCoordination, task delegation, and quality-review loops across agents.
- One-click commands you reuse foreverBuild skills your AI invokes on command — research sprints, report templates, content workflows.
- Deploy: from code to live URLShip a real project to the internet. No DevOps.
- Capstone sprintChoose one of 10 real-world templates and build it with full agent teams.
- Polish, test, deployIterate with review agents, then push your capstone live.
- Showcase and Monday planVolunteers demo. Then you write down exactly what changes on Monday.
Indicative agenda — the running order flexes with the cohort's experience level, usually toward more build time.
Your instructors
Shameek Chakravarty
Cofounder · lead instructor
20+ years building products across startups and big tech — Amazon, Yahoo, Sun Microsystems, Juniper Networks — then founded Farmizen, connecting 7,000+ organic farmers directly to families. Now building agentic AI at Mantid. Brings big-tech rigour, founder scrappiness, and the patience of someone who has coached hundreds of professionals through this exact curve.
CS, BITS Pilani · MBA, ISB
Bharanidharan Viswanathan
Cofounder · lead instructor
20+ years building from zero across B2C, B2B, and cross-border logistics — 91mobiles (India's largest gadget research platform), then SaaSworthy, then Intoglo. Went deep on AI in 2021: the models, the maths, and a sharp filter for what's useful versus what's hype. Built this curriculum out of daily Claude Code use.

The questions people ask first
I have never used a terminal. Will I be lost?
That is exactly what the Friday kickoff is for. We get you into VS Code, activate the terminal, and run your first commands together. Through the weekend it is 2 instructors for 25 people, so help arrives in minutes.
I already use ChatGPT every day. Is this still worth it?
Especially then. Chatting with one model in a browser tab is the shallow end. Here you manage agents that read your files, run commands, connect to your tools, and deploy real projects — the difference between using a calculator and managing a finance team.
There are free Claude Code courses. Why pay?
Free courses teach the tool. This builds complete systems with multi-agent teams, live, with instructors building alongside you — and a weekend format you actually finish. Most free courses have under 10% completion.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop (Mac, Windows, or Linux), stable internet, and a Claude Pro subscription bought separately. Setup happens in a dedicated session before the weekend starts.
Can my company reimburse it?
Yes. GST invoice on request, suitable for L&D reimbursement. Many companies have AI upskilling budgets that cover exactly this.
One weekend. A completely different Monday.
