Multi-week cohort · live online

Own your company's AI product strategy — end to end

Not just the roadmap. The architecture decisions, the team design, the tradeoffs. Five weeks of hands-on building so you can shape the outcome in every room — board, design review, or engineering standup. No coding required.

Who it's for

PMs and product leaders.

Strong fit

  • Founders, CEOs, and VPs of Product setting AI strategy
  • Senior PMs, Group PMs, and product leads shipping AI features
  • PMs with 3+ years of shipping who want real depth
  • Engineers, data scientists, and analysts moving into product

Not right if

  • You want a beginner prompting course — this goes deep, not broad
  • You can't hold the weekly evening slot
  • You're expecting a self-paced recorded course

The technical depth is calibrated for what product leaders actually need: enough to engage in architecture decisions and earn credibility in a technical room. No engineering background assumed.

Before and after

Your company's AI strategy is set above you

You set the AI agenda for your product area and defend it to leadership

Agentic architecture is decided by engineering

You spec agentic workflows and catch failure modes in review

Evals are a post-launch conversation

Eval criteria are in the PRD before a line of code is written

Model updates arrive as production surprises

Drift monitoring is part of your launch plan

AI cost is a finance conversation

Token economics is a scoping input and a pricing lever

Oversight and governance get bolted on at launch

Human approval flows are designed into the architecture

How the five weeks run

Built around working evenings. It opens with the Claude for Life weekend bootcamp (included in the full programme), then runs four instructor-led working sessions of three hours each on Wednesday evenings, 7:30–10:30 PM IST, and closes with a live capstone showcase. Between sessions you spend 2–3 hours in a self-paced build lab on your own product, with weekly office hours when you get stuck. Budget around 40 hours across the programme.

The pedagogy is deliberate: AI product intuition only comes from building. Every session feeds straight into hands-on work on your product, your use cases, your roadmap.

Session 1

AI product strategy and PM workflows

  • Frame the opportunities, the build-vs-buy calls, and the roadmap you take to leadership
  • What changes in a PRD when the feature is AI-powered — what to specify, what not to
  • Leading alongside engineering and data science: when to drive, when to collaborate

Build lab: Build and deploy a working AI-powered prototype for your product. Share the URL.

Session 2

Agentic design patterns and enterprise agents

  • What agentic actually means: orchestrators, tool calls, memory, multi-step loops
  • Single-agent, multi-agent, and supervisor patterns — and when each breaks
  • The failure modes PMs are best placed to catch in spec review

Build lab: Run an agentic system on a real use case from your roadmap — multiple agents, tools, memory.

Session 3

Evals, governance, and guardrails

  • Write an eval without a data science background, and put quality criteria in your acceptance criteria
  • What regulators care about and what your engineering team needs from you
  • Guardrail design: content safety, output constraints, fallback behaviour

Build lab: Wire evals and guardrails into your agent. Run them, fix what fails, document what passed.

Session 4

Deployment, token economics, and the AI control plane

  • How inference cost is calculated, and how to model it into scoping and pricing
  • Model drift: detecting it, and what your post-launch plan must include
  • Monitoring, rollback, circuit breakers, incident playbooks — and how to staff an AI product pod

Build lab: Finish the capstone: a deployed AI product or agentic system you can demo live.

Capstone

Live demo day

  • Demo your running system to the full cohort — code, not slides
  • Structured critique from instructors and peers, at real product-review depth
  • Leave with something deployed that you built, and can show
