Weekend bootcamp · live online · waitlist open
Your clients get the best of you. Your practice gets what's left.
Two days where coaches build the AI tools that handle the prep, the reports, the proposals, the inbox, and the leads. So the practice stops running through you, and you get back to the thing you actually wanted to do — the coaching.

It's 10:47pm. Your first session is at 8am and you still have to prep, review last time's notes, and reply to the enquiry that came in this afternoon.
An enquiry arrived Tuesday. You were back-to-back. You replied Thursday. They'd already signed with someone else.
You spent three hours on a tailored, genuinely good proposal. The client went elsewhere and you still don't know why.
Someone asked for a progress update. You knew the engagement cold — pulling it into a coherent document still took most of a Sunday.
You're good at this. That's not the problem. The problem is your practice doesn't run on coaching skill — it runs on everything around it, and all of that runs through you, manually, every time.
What you build
Eight AI tools, one sales engine, one bot, one live website — all built on your practice, all running by Sunday afternoon.
Coach DNA
Your philosophy, client types, voice, and preferences in one file. Build it once — every tool you make afterwards runs on it.
AI Chief of Staff
Reads your email and calendar each morning against your triage rules, surfaces what needs you, buries what doesn't.
AI sales engine
A branded coaching site, live by Sunday, with a chatbot that answers enquiries in your voice around the clock and routes the right leads to your calendar.
LinkedIn writer
Give it a brief or a client story, get a post in your voice. The blank screen stops winning.
Proposal generator
Describe the enquiry, get a tailored first-draft proposal in your voice in under ten minutes.
Client research
A name, a role, a LinkedIn bio in — a one-page brief out: background, likely priorities, and the questions for your first meeting.
Assessment reader
Paste any psychometric report — Hogan, MBTI, DISC, values inventories. Get patterns, tensions, five coaching hypotheses, and the questions to test them.
360 synthesis
Raw 360 data into top themes with supporting quotes, self-versus-other gaps, rater-group differences, and the watch points for the playback.
Triangulation brief
Assessment findings, 360 themes, and intake observations into one private "what I'm seeing" document before the integration conversation.
Goal writer
Two well-formed coaching goals with measurement built in, in GROW, CLEAR, or whatever format you already use.
3-way meeting prep
Talking points, sponsor framing, and a guide to the four most likely reactions — in minutes, not from scratch.
Telegram bot
The whole team on your phone. Message a client name, get a session brief back before you walk in.

The weekend
Day 1 · your coaching process
Morning: working safely first — anonymisation practice, the permission model, protecting credentials. Then Claude set up, your second brain organised, your Coach DNA built, and your LinkedIn tool live and tested on a real post.
Afternoon: Gmail and Calendar connected, Chief of Staff running on your triage rules, then the full coaching toolkit — research, assessment reading, 360 synthesis, triangulation, goal writing, 3-way prep — all tested on real material from your practice.
Day 2 · your phone, your leads
Morning: Telegram bot live and tested from your phone. Your coaching website built with the AI sales engine underneath — chatbot answering, leads qualifying, booking CTA working.
Afternoon: your site goes live on the internet, in your name, answering enquiries in your voice. Then show and tell, and close. From Monday the practice runs differently.
Your clients stay protected
You control the access. Claude works inside the project folder you create, and the permission model means it asks before reading, writing, or changing any file. You approve or deny — nothing happens without your say-so.
Setup comes before building. The first thing we do is configure your environment: what gets stored, for how long, and which settings to use. That happens before you build a single tool.
Anonymisation is a habit, not a policy. Change client names, remove employer details, keep the coaching content. Thirty seconds before you paste, every time — protection that holds regardless of any platform setting.
Your methodology stays entirely yours. ICF, EMCC, AC, or your own approach; GROW, CLEAR, solutions-focused, systemic, somatic — the tools are framework-agnostic and build around how you already practise.

Cofounder, theCRUX
CEO coach and AI educator, 20+ years working with leaders on decisions, teams, and performance. Not a developer — he learned Claude Code as a non-technical professional and started building. Every tool in this bootcamp came from a real problem he solved for himself: the late nights before sessions, the proposals that took too long, the LinkedIn presence that kept not happening.
